We have a few changes to ownership and rentals over the summer and Fall. We would like to welcome everyone to our community !!

Parking

Parking in a fire route or beside a fire hydrant is is not allowed. City of Ottawa By-law will be called in to enforce this regulation.

Visitor Parking

It is unfortunate that we only have 4 visitor parking spaces available; however, these spaces must remain free for guests, visiting nurses, contractors, etc. If you are a home owner or tenant you ARE NOT ALLOWED to park in these spaces. It has always been in our rules that there will be a $50 fine for those who are non-compliant. We hope we will not have to enforce these fines. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
